SelectRx Shipping Questions

Once you’ve signed up for SelectRx, our team will work with your doctors and current pharmacy to officially transfer your prescriptions to SelectRx. It may take several weeks to receive your first shipment. This is dependent on how quickly we receive your prescriptions and if there’s any additional information needed from your current pharmacy. If we have any questions for you during this time, we will contact you.

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number included, but sometimes they may be delivered via FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number each month via text and/or call.

We do not currently provide a signature confirmation with our service. If you have questions, please contact our customer care team at 1-855-975-6365.

We’ll ship your SelectRx box monthly. If you need other medications or products throughout the month, we can deliver or ship those as needed.

Just let us know when, where, and for how long you will be somewhere other than your main address and we will coordinate delivery.

If you haven’t received your monthly box within the expected delivery date, contact us immediately at 1-855-975-6365 and we can work directly with the shipping carrier to locate the package. In the event of a lost package, we’ll work with your insurance provider to get an override for the lost medications.

Yes, it is safe to ship medication. We seal each box prior to shipment and ensure the external box makes no indication of medication inside to protect confidentiality. You can be confident that your medications have not been tampered with in any way. After your package leaves our facility, you can track it using a unique tracking number so you know when to expect your medications. We also monitor your package every step of the way to be sure it reaches you without delay.
